Gary McAllister has refused to entertain the notion Rangers bottled their Betfred Cup Final showdown with Celtic.
The Ibrox side suffered a 1-0 Hampden defeat last Sunday despite dominating their city rivals for long spells.
Steven Gerrard's team spurned a host of chances before Christopher Jullien volleyed home Celtic 's only shot on target.
And Alfredo Morelos' subsequent penalty miss compounded the misery as the clinical Hoops claimed their 10th consecutive trophy.
McAllister , however, rejected a question at Thursday's press conference which suggested Rangers failed to handle the occasion, with some players left in tears at the final whistle.
The Ibrox No.2 responded: "Questioning our performance on Sunday? Did we look like a team that looked like we played under pressure on Sunday?
"I don't think we looked like a team who couldn't cope with pressure.
"The game on Sunday, we lost and it was a big disappointment, but I didn't see a team that was fearful.
"I saw a team that was on the front foot and played very well, we were unfortunate not to get a result.
"We need to be more clinical in front of goal but I don't see us being fearful."
