Gary Lineker's reaction to Jurgen Klopp swearing on BT Sport after Liverpool beat Barcelona

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp couldn't hide his delight as his side reached the Champions League final.

The Reds fought back from 3-0 down against Barcelona on an incredible night at Anfield.

Divock Origi and Gini Wijnaldum both scored twice for the Reds, who will now take on Ajax or Tottenham in the final in Madrid.

Speaking after the clash, Liverpool boss dropped the F-bomb as he celebrated his side's victory.

"The boys are f***ing giants - it's believable. If you have to fine me, fine me. I'm not native so I don't have better words for it," he told BT Sport.

"It's 10 past 10, the children are probably in bed."

BT Sport panned back to the studio but presenter Gary Lineker refused to issue an apology.

"I've been asked to apologise on behalf - But I'm not going to. He's perfectly entitled to say that. He can get away with that, it's after the watershed. Well done Jürgen."

Liverpool got one back through Origi before Wijnaldum, who was introduced at the break, scored twice in as many minutes.

Origi then capped the comeback as he slotted home after some quick-thinking from Trent Alexander-Arnold at a corner.

Klopp added: "Creating this kind of emotional atmosphere together is so special.

"It's all about the players. James Milner was crying at the end. It's so special - the mix of potential and unbelievable heart - I've never seen it before.

"The whole game was too much. It was overwhelming. We played against maybe the best team in world. Winning is difficult but winning with a clean sheet, I don’t know they did it. It’s unbelievable."
