Gary Lineker's brother Wayne says he'd never cheat despite having so much temptation

Gary Lineker's brother Wayne says his "lean physique" earns him more attention from women than a 'dad bod' ever would.

But the Ibiza club owner insists he isn't a bad boyfriend and would never cheat on a partner despite having "more temptation" from other women because he's so fit and attractive.

The dad-of-four appeared on Good Morning Britain today, one day after he was heavily criticised for advertising for a girlfriend on social media with a list of criteria.

His stipulations included that the woman must not have or want any children, be happy to give up her career and have a "defined body".

Wayne, 58, was on GMB today to debate with actor Tamer Hassan - dad of Love Island's Belle - whether women prefer men with ripped bods or 'dad bods'.

Wayne, who owns Ibiza's famous Ocean Beach nightclub, said that while he gets "more temptation" from women, he doesn't have a "cheater's mindset".

Following a survey that showed women don't look for toned partners, host Kate Garraway asked Wayne: "Do you feel cross that after all the effort to stay fit and toned it may not be what women are after?"

Wayne responded: "I don't really understand that to be honest, I don't think there's any difference in people's personalities whether they're overweight or underweight really.

"I just think that obviously fitter guys with better bodies get more temptation to distract themselves from their relationship but as far as a decent husband or boyfriend is concerned, I think once a cheater always a cheater.

"I think it's something that's in your mindset, fortunately it's not in mine, I've never been a cheater.

"So I'm not really sure about that but I'll keep my lean physique if that's ok."

Wayne yesterday left people cringing when he unveiled his ad for a new girlfriend.

He said he wouldn't want a girlfriend his own age because it would "look weird".

He said that ideally he'd want someone who is 30, but that he'd graciously accept someone aged 28 or 29 instead.

One woman who saw the ad on his Instagram account said it was the "worst thing" she'd ever read.
