Gary Lineker piled on the misery for Sam Allardyce in response to his Liverpool comments after West Bromwich Albion lost 5-0 at home to Leeds United on Tuesday.
Allardyce claimed he had 'mastered' defensive football following the 1-1 draw at Anfield two days earlier as Jurgen Klopp was left frustrated.
But two days after the draw, former England manager Allardyce watched his side crash to a heavy defeat at The Hawthorns as Leeds scored four times before the break.

And Lineker tweeted during the first-half: "Another cracking goal from [Leeds]. They’re now 3 up against [West Brom] in 35 minutes. Big Sam’s right, Klopp couldn’t do that."
After the loss, Allardyce said: "Leeds are a tremendous side, I think they are brilliant.
"But we've seen a performance like that against Liverpool [at the weekend] and then tonight we can't do the defending right.
"Leeds overran us, won 5-0 and they deserved it.
"I was shocked to see such a poor performance and we have to work hard to put it right. Consistency is everything for us. We can't seem to get a consistency of attacking and defending right."
