Gary Barlow shares incredible 360° images of Take That gig by Bristol photographer

A Bristol photographer who took stunning 360° images of Take That's sensational performance at Ashton Gate last night was amazed to find that the band shared the photos on social media.

Andrew Cleaver posted the pictures on his Twitter page accompanied by words of praise for the gig, writing: "Oh what a night! Ashton Gate hosted another superb concert yesterday with the brilliant Take That in town."

To his disbelief, Take That's Gary Barlow was so impressed with the photos he decided to share them on his Instagram feed, which is followed by nearly half a million people.

The singer wrote: "Thank you @brisvadar for these amazing aerial shots from last nights gig in Bristol."

The images have also been shared on Take That's Instagram feed, which has 283k followers.

Andrew, from Stoke Bishop, told Bristol Live how he took the incredible photos, which have now been seen by thousands of people across the world.

"It's not too complicated  to be honest," said the 45-year-old music teacher.

"To get the effect of a 360 photo I used an app called Tiny Planet.

"After plenty of trial and error using the app, I discovered that the best photos are taken originally in panoramic mode and then adapted using the app, so that's what I did last night.

"I then edited the photos to sharpen the quality, adjust the colour contrast and other things like that."

The avid Bristol Bears fan added he was hugely impressed with the band's performance and proud Mr Barlow decided to share his photography.

"I thought the show last night was superb," he said.

"Apart from the performance by Take That themselves, the lighting, staging and multimedia presentation was stunning.

"And the fact that Gary Barlow has used my picture on his Instagram is high praise indeed.

"It's really exciting that my work has been recognised by the man himself and it definitely highlights that social media has its benefits."
