Gary Barlow has shared a sweet snap for his fans after finding an old blazer from 2003.
The Take That singer, 49, displayed his weight loss efforts as the jacket now swamped him in size.
Sharing the picture of the now oversized jacket from outside his home, he wrote to his 700k Instagram followers: “Well this is a nice start to the day.
“I was just having a little clear out of a wardrobe and found this beauty circa 2003. Need I say anymore #barlowsbootcamp.”
Barlow has previously spoken about his struggles with an eating disorder after leaving Take That in 1996.
He discussed how his “massive weight gain” took a toll on his mental and physical health, leading to a battle with bulimia. He later found help from a nutritionist and has spoken out about his struggles to help others.
"The first sign that something was wrong for me was the massive weight gain in a very short period of time," he said in January.
Take That have recently announced a forthcoming reunion, as they will be singing live over webcam from their homes, in a bid to raise money for key workers during the coronavirus pandemic.
Fans were delighted to see that Robbie Williams is set to reunite with the band.
