Gary Barlow has sent fans into a frenzy after announcing he's landed a new role with P&O Cruises.
The 48-year-old Take That star is a brand ambassador for P&O and he'll be stepping aboard the new cruise ship Iona this year as musical director.
The Back For Good hitmaker , who has won eight BRIT Awards and sold over 45 million records with the Manchester-formed band Take That, will guide the resident band at The 710 Club.
His role will also see him choose music for the club and guide future performers and playlists.
Gary, who celebrates 30 years of Take That this year, said on his Instagram: "I’m very pleased to announce that I'll be coming aboard @pandocruises Iona this year as Musical Director! Here's to making more music and memories with you...."
To make the announcement the singer-songwriter shared a video clip of himself softly playing the piano, and fans loved it.
"Oh wow @officialgarybarlow how exciting for you x" said one.
"I love this video! I love your hands, You're so beautiful ! I could hear you forever !!!! I love you," said another.
"Captain Barlow's on board, " commented another.
Gary has previously composed the score for the musical Finding Neverland, wrote the music and lyrics for the musical The Girls and worked alongside his Take That bandmates to produce The Band, a record-breaking musical featuring the music of the much-loved boyband.
