He may be worth a staggering £90million, but Take That’s Gary Barlow is Back for Quid… to flog an online songwriting course.
The boy band founder reckons he can help anyone write a track to rival his 14 No1s for the princely sum of £48.
Gary’s three-and-a-half hour web tutorial is divided into 10 lessons, such as choosing a keyboard, and picking the right key.
Would-be pupils are told: “Everyone has a song inside. Whether you’re a beginner, in a rock band or a producer, there’s a lot to be learned from Gary’s course. Be inspired as he crafts a new song from scratch.”
And Gary himself has told fans: “If you are serious about writing a song, then fasten your seatbelt. On no day do I ever know I’m going to write something that’s going to change my life for ever.”

One satisfied pupil said: “Concise, precise, masterclass. Great insight to how a maestro has developed and honed his craft, and is prepared to share this with others.”
Another graduate added: “Gary really does make it all approachable. Last night I watched a lesson where he demonstrated playing 2 notes with 2 fingers and said, ‘Anyone can do this’. I sat down and tried it. He was right!”
