Garth Brooks has said although he would love to do five shows in Ireland, he believes it would be 'impossible'.
The country music singer plans to have a handful of Croke Park concerts next September.
The top selling artist will play Croke Park on the 9th and 10th of September.
Mr Brooks was asked if he would like to play five shows after Dublin City Council granted approval for five dates earlier this month.
He said: "Yes mam, I'd love to do five, but I'd also like to be six foot five and have abs.
"Which I think you and I can agree on this, what happened in 2014 was a fricking miracle. I mean, who does numbers like that.
"So, you got 400,000 hard tickets in one city, one show. It's impossible. There's no way we'll do that number again. There's just no way.
"So, I think what the thing is, was, what I wanted was the chance of five shows to be there for the five bunches of people that got them, it's very sweet that we've been granted that.
"We'll get back the shows that we don't use, but I can't see doing five. I mean that would be, would I like it, yes, I would love it, is it gonna happen, I think it would be, I believe it would be impossible."
Mr Brooks also said the cancellation of the gigs in 2014 is still fresh for him and even appeared to get emotional.
He said: "It's still very fresh. It's like something I've never experienced. And one of those things where you go, 'surely this isn't going this way, right?' So, it was one of those things that was a little hard to understand."
