Gartcairn chairman Martin Peacock is ready to step in and offer rocker Rod Stewart a ticket for Scotland's crucial Euros showdown against Croatia at Hampden tonight.
The legendary rocker said in the Daily Record he's desperate to get to the game and is willing to pay £15,000 for a chance to be part of Scottish football history.
But Peacock, chairman of Airdrie's ambitious West of Scotland League club, says he will give that amount of money to the town's St Andrew's Hospice.
Peacock said: "I've heard Rod Stewart is desperate to get a ticket for the game tonight and is willing to pay £15,000 for it - it just so happens that I have one.
"If Rod is serious about it, I will give £15,000 to St Andrew's Hospice and he can go to the game with me.

"Imagine that; Rod Stewart going to the Scotland game with the chairman of Gartcairn!
"I saw a story about Rod Stewart wanting to go, a good friend of mine sent it to me, and said I should offer Rod the ticket.
"I have tickets here, I've got tickets for all the games, and if the charity gets something out of this then everyone's a winner.
"In the pandemic they've not had the same fundraising as they normally would, and we try our best to help them however we can, doing whatever we can.

"As a football club, and personally, I do a lot of work for them.
"We have the Hospice on the stands and on the training gear, and donate 10 per cent of our revenue to them.
"The way the tickets work I probably wouldn't re-sell it anyway, and I'd rather the hospice made something out of this than me personally."
Scotland have a chance of making history this evening, as a win over Croatia will see them progress from the group stages of a major tournament for the first time ever.
