North Melbourne star Jasmine Garner has won a third AFL Coaches Association champion player-of-the-year award.
Garner, the only woman to win the award voted on by coaches more than once, polled votes in every game this season, including five perfect 10s.
The 29-year-old polled 81 votes overall with Sydney's Laura Gardiner (74) and Brisbane's Ally Anderson (65) next best.
"We feel so lucky to have Jas at our club and to have had a front row seat to another outstanding season by her," Kangaroos coach Darren Crocker said on Thursday.
"She is a special player and to win this award for a third time is great recognition of her constant drive to get better and be the best she can be for the team."
Garner also won the award in 2022 (season seven) and 2020.
AFL Coaches Association chief executive Alistair Nicholson hailed the feats of the dominant midfielder.
"Jasmine continues to wow the competition, performing to an incredibly high standard season after season," Nicholson said.
"Winning back-to-back ... awards and her third in her career is incredible.
"The coaches have a unique perspective on what succeeds in each of the games, which combined with the thought that goes into allocating the votes, makes this one of the most prestigious of all the individual awards."
Garner is certain to add to her five All Australian selections when the ceremonial team is announced later this month.
She is also a triple club champion with North after starting her career at Collingwood, and kicked the first goal in AFLW history in the competition's inaugural game in 2017.
