Gareth Southgate has insisted Harry Kane can win the trophy he craves with England this summer.
Southgate says Kane will not be distracted during the Euros despite pushing for a move from Tottenham after getting fed-up of not lifting any silverware with his club.
But Southgate believes Kane is even more driven to enjoy success with England in their homecoming tournament and he also underlined Jordan Henderson will definitely be going because he brings a winning mentality.
England boss Southgate said: “With Harry Kane, he’s got the opportunity.
"When I’ve talked with Henderson over the last few weeks it’s ‘I want to be there, I want to win, I don’t know how much I can play, I don’t know what level we can get to.’
“He’s got belief he can get to a certain level but he wants to be part of a winning team. That’s where Harry Kane is.

"Those more experienced guys have driven the team to where they are. They know those opportunities are disappearing.
“Jordan knows what it’s taken to win trophies with his club over the last couple of years, how difficult that’s been. They can give those messages to the rest of the group.
“When you’ve got players in the squad who have won and know what’s needed to win, that can be reiterated by the players every day. That doesn’t need me to drive it all the time.
“It’s a shared drive. That’s more powerful when the guys training next to you, eating with you, are on it. They know what’s needed. Those two will drive that culture as captain and vice-captain.”
England captain Kane, 28, has told Tottenham he wants to leave and Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United are all keen on the £150m-rated striker.
Kane insists he wants his future resolved before the Euros but it looks like it will drag on into the tournament but Southgate says it will not be a distraction.
Southgate added: “I don’t need to have a conversation with Harry Kane regarding focus or professionalism. He has got one goal while with us and that’s to win the European Championship.
“We know how important that is at this moment in time. What’s going on at his club is a matter for him and Tottenham. He’s obviously made some statements in the last few days.
“In many respects that’s out of the way now and I think - talking across the board here - it’s very unlikely that transfers will be done while we’re away.”
Meanwhile, Southgate has confirmed that Newcastle coach Graeme Jones - who also worked with Roberto Martinez for Belgium - will replace Allan Russell in his coaching staff after the specialist striker coach left the FA after being fined following a driving offence.
