Gareth Bale makes transfer decision as Real Madrid 'offer him to PSG' for Neymar

Gareth Bale has reportedly refused to be part of any deal that sees Neymar join Real Madrid from Paris Saint-Germain.

The Welshman is not in Zinedine Zidane's plans at the Bernabeu next season and Los Blancos are keen to offload him before the European transfer window shuts on September 2.

According to Sport, Real have offered Bale and James Rodriguez plus €100million to PSG in exchange for Neymar - but Bale is flat-out refusing to leave.

Real are finding it difficult to offload Bale, mainly due to the £600,000-a-week wages he earns in the Spanish capital.

He was on the cusp of sealing a lucrative move to the Chinese Super League earlier this summer before Real supremo Florentino Perez pulled the plug.

Bale has come in for criticism from Real fans, particularly last season, and Zidane has made no secret of his desire to offload the former Tottenham man.

Neymar, meanwhile, remains keen to leave PSG before the window shuts and their fans turned on him at the French champions' Ligue 1 opener against Nimes.

The Parisians ran out 3-0 winners without the Brazilian, and supporters held x-rated banners demanding he leave the club.

Neymar effectively went on strike earlier this summer in a bid to try and force a move.

Barcelona remain favourites to seal a return for his services, two years after selling him to PSG for a world-record fee.
