How much is delivery at Gardening Direct?
For all orders a delivery fee of £4.99 will be charged, but if you spend over £75 delivery is free. It's best to allow for 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered, but if you have ordered a pre-order item, it will be sent out as soon as possible after the dispatch date quoted on the order.
What is Gardening Direct's refund policy?
All products ordered come with Gardening Direct's Double Satisfaction Guarantee. In addition to your statutory rights all products are supplied with a complete and unconditional guarantee for the first 30 days after you receive them. It also has a lifetime guarantee for any hardy tree, shrub, plant or bulb that doesn't thrive and a replacement will be offered for free. You will just need to pay for the standard postage, packing and insurance.
Do the plants come with instructions at Gardening Direct?
When your plants arrive many come with a Care Guide, which will help you to get the most out of your plants. The guides also offer advice on how to look after plants so they stay healthy and grow well.

Gardening Direct has a lifetime guarantee: If you order any hardy tree, shrub, plant or bulb from Gardening Direct, you'll be eligible for its lifetime guarantee. So, if what you are growing doesn't thrive you will be sent a replacement for free – you just need to pay for standard postage, packing and insurance. If the product you originally ordered isn't available Gardening Direct will replace it with an equivalent item.
