Garden Suburb man Ronney Brown, 67, missing

Police are looking for a man aged in his 60s who has been reported missing from suburban Newcastle.

Ronney Brown was last seen by his family on Monday, August 22, leaving his home at Garden Suburb, police said in an appeal on social media on Friday.

Officers from Newcastle City Police District and Lake Macquarie Police District are calling for information that might lead to the 67-year-old's whereabouts.

Police said Mr Brown is known to frequent the Windale and Cardiff areas.

Anyone with information that could help with the search is being asked to contact Newcastle Police Station on 4929 0999, Waratah Police Station on 4926 6599, Belmont Police Station on 4922 8899 or Crime Stoppers 1800 333 000.
