Gardai uncovered a drug den on the Dublin/Meath border this week arresting one person as guns and cannabis were discovered.
Investigating officers in the Ashbourne area conducted the search of a house in Killegland Park on Sunday night where they made the find.
During the operation, they seized cannabis with an estimated value of €12,700, two firearms and several thousand euro worth of cash and various drugs related paraphernalia.
A man aged in his 30s was arrested and taken to Ashbourne Garda Station where he was interviewed in relation to the seizure.
He was released on Monday with a file being prepared for the DPP.
A Garda spokesman said: "This is part of a proactive approach being taken by Ashbourne Gardaí in relation to drug dealing in the area.
"Members of the public are reminded that any information regarding drug dealing can be passed to Gardaí via the Confidential Line 1800 666111."
