Gardai shut down large Dublin city park lockdown party as dozens gather with drink for hours

Gardai were allegedly forced to deal with dozens of party goers in a Dublin city park last night.

The various groups were reportedly seen with alcohol during the mass gathering at Albert College Park which went on late into the night.

Residents were up in arms as the party is understood to have lasted for several hours.

They complained of noise disturbances to Gardai who arrived on the scene just before midnight to remove the crowds.
