Gardai seized thousands of euros worth of crack cocaine from a car in north Dublin on Thursday morning.
During the search, officers found €11,400 worth of the drugs, a weighing scales, and a small quantity of suspected cannabis in a car in the Carton Court area of Ballymun.
There have been no arrest, Dublin Live reports.
A garda spokesman said: “Members of the Ballymun Divisional Drugs Unit assisted by members from Santry carried out a surveillance and search operation at a property in the Carton Court area of Ballymun, Dublin 11, on 21/05/2020.
“Crack cocaine (pending analysis) worth €11,400 and weighing scales were discovered following the search of a car on the property.
“The car has been removed from the scene for further examination.
“A small quantity of suspected cannabis was also discovered and seized as part of this operation.
“No arrests have been made at this time.
"Investigations are ongoing.”
