Gardai in Co Louth have seized counterfeit clothing worth €44,500 and suspected drugs worth over €5,000.
The huge haul was discovered during two separate searches of properties in Dundalk last Friday, June 26.
Officers attached to Dundalk Drugs Unit carried out a search of a premises under warrant, where they seized a quantity of counterfeit garments with an estimated retail value of €8,500 at 12pm on Friday.
They also uncovered approximately €2,100 of suspected cocaine (pending analysis).
A follow up search was conducted at another location in Dundalk where counterfeit clothing with a retail value of approximately €36,000 was seized.

The haul included clothing for both men and women, shoes, runners, handbags, watches and sunglasses.
The fake merchandise displayed the logos of well-known brands, including Nike, The North Face and Louis Vuitton.
A spokesperson for An Garda Siochana said: "During the course of this search, Gardaí also discovered cannabis plants valued at €3,200 (subject to analysis), and suspected cannabis herb valued at approximately €300.
"Weighing scales and other items such as mobile phones associated with drug dealing were also seized."
No arrests have been made so far, but Gardaí say they are following a definite line of enquiry.
