Gardai seize cannabis, cocaine, cash and mobile phones in raid on Navan Road, Dublin

Drugs, cash and mobile phones have been seized after a weekend raid in north Dublin.

Gardai swooped on the premises in the Ashington area of the Navan Road on Sunday.

Cannabis worth €15,800 was seized along with cocaine worth €1,000 and €1,080 in cash, Dublin Live reports.

Mobile phones and digital scales were also recovered in the operation by officers from the K District Community Action Team.

Two people are currently being detained at  Finglas  garda station in connection with the seize.

Gardai shared a picture of the haul on social media on Monday morning.

They said: "On the 20th October 2019 members of the K District Community Action Team (K-Cats) searched an address in the Ashington area of the Navan Rd, D 7.

"Cannabis with a value of €15,800, Cocaine €1,000, Cash €1,080, digital scales and mobile phones seized.

"Two people are currently detained under Drug trafficking legislation at Finglas Garda station."
