Gardai seized €300,000 worth of cannabis in a drugs bust in Co Cork.
The find was made in the Bantry area on Friday, January 10.
Officers, with the help of the local dog unit, conducted searches at a number of locations in the area.
During the course of the searches, gardai discovered cannabis herb with an estimated street value of €300,000.


The operation forms part of a wider ongoing investigation into the sale of drugs in the Bantry area.
A garda spokeswoman said: "The search was carried out under Section 26 of the Misuse of Drugs Act.
"No arrests have been made. Investigation is ongoing."
