Gardai searching for woman who went missing after flying into Dublin Airport

A massive search is underway to find a woman who went missing after arriving on a flight at Dublin Airport.

Pilar Santos Filgueira was last seen after flying into the capital on Thursday, October 29.

She arrived from London at around 1.30pm, before taking a shuttle bus to the Swords Road.

The 47-year-old then got on a Dublin Bus towards the city centre.

Both gardai and her family are very concerned for her welfare.

Ms Santos Filgueira is described as being 5’ 3” in height, of slim build with brown hair and brown eyes.

When last seen she was wearing a brown hat, brown jacket and black leggings/jeans.

A garda spokeswoman said: "Pilar's family and Gardaí are concerned for her welfare.

"Anyone with any information on Pilar’s whereabouts or anyone who can assist Gardaí with locating her are asked to contact Dublin Airport Garda Station on 01 666 8800, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station."
