Gardai rush to break up violent brawl in garden of home previously targeted with fire extinguisher

These were the shocking scenes in Dublin city centre yesterday after gardai were called to break up a brawl outside a home that has been previously targeted by vicious gangsters with a fire extinguisher.

Video footage obtained by Dublin Live shows a number of officers coming in to break up an argument taking place at the home on Sean MacDermott Street.

An officer is seen holding back a woman trying to charge out of the house, while a number of other officers are seen escorting a couple away from the garden.

A man in a grey hoodie is then seen charging towards the couple outside the garden, before he is stopped in his tracks by a pair of gardai.

The same home was at the centre of a day of chaos last November, when a hooded thug attacked the front door with a fire extinguisher just hours after women fought in a violent street brawl at the same spot.

Footage shows the masked man, dressed all in black, go to town on the front door of a house.

And earlier that same day, a notorious thug with links to the Hutch family ignited a fight on the street outside the house, which involved a woman pushing a pram and another woman.

The incident led to one of the two women to be treated by paramedics.

Dublin Live have contacted An Garda Siochana for comment on the scenes.
