An investigation has been launched following the discovery of a body in a rural Irish town.
Gardai have confirmed the body was found in Mohill, Co Leitrim on Sunday night.
Officers are looking into the "unexplained death" although there is no indication of foul play.
A garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí are investigating reports of a death in unexplained circumstances of a man (late 40s) that occurred in Mohill, Co.Leitrim yesterday 12 July 2020 at approximately 10pm.
"The local coroner has been notified and a post-mortem is due to take place at a later date."
