Gardai launch appeal to find 16-year-old missing from Ballinteer

An appeal has been launched by gardai to find a 16-year-old missing from south Dublin.

Colin Doyle was last spotted in the Ballinteer area on Saturday, October 5.

He is 5'6" with a stocky build and short brown hair. When last spotted he was wearing a grey cap, green track suit and green fleece.

A garda spokesman said: "Gardaí in Dundrum are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 16 year old Colin Doyle.

"Colin was last seen in Ballinteer on Saturday, 5th October. He is described as being 5’ 6” in height, of stocky build with short brown hair. When last seen Colin was wearing a grey cap, green track suit and green fleece.

How to report a missing person

"Anyone who has seen Colin or can assist in locating him is asked to contact Dundrum Garda station on 01 666 5600, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station."
