Gardai issue urgent appeal for help to find missing girl last seen in Dublin city on Saturday afternoon

Gardai have asked the public to help trace a teenage girl missing since Saturday.

Gardaí are looking for 17-year-old Rebecca O'Brien who hasn't been seen since she vanished from her home on Sherrard Street, Dublin 1 on September 19.

Rebecca was last seen on Saturday at 4.55pm in the north inner city.

The teen is described as 5ft 10 inches in height with brown hair and blue eyes. When last seen she was wearing black jeans and a black jacket.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts are asked to contact Gardaí at Mountjoy Station on 01 666 8600, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
