Two more men have been arrested in connection with the brutal murder of Keane Mulready Woods.
The two arrests come after another man was taken into custody on Tuesday, as part of a lengthy garda investigation.
The 17-year-old was abducted in the Ballsgrove area of Drogheda, Co Louth and taken to a house in Rathmullen Park, where he was killed and dismembered in January of this year.
His arms and legs were dumped in a holdall bag near a rival gangster’s home in Coolock, North Dublin on the night of January 13.
A garda spokesman said: "Gardaí investigating the murder of Keane Mulready Woods in January 2020 have made two further arrests this Thursday morning.
"A man in his early 20s was arrested shortly after 7am this morning and is currently detained at Dundalk Garda Station under the provisions of Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007.
"Another man also in his early 20s was arrested shortly after 10am this morning and is currently detained at Mountjoy Garda station under the provisions of Section 42 of the Criminal Justice Act 1999.
"The man arrested on Tuesday December 8 in connection with this matter continues to be detained at Drogheda Garda Station."
