Gardai have issued an appeal over a car seen "acting suspiciously" in a remote Donegal village.
The grey Land Rover Discovery was first spotted in the Kilmacrennan area at around 5pm on Wednesday.
Officers are calling on members of the public to help them in their search and come forward with any information, as the current location of the car remains a mystery.
A Donegal gardai spokesman said: "Milford Gardaí are issuing an appeal to the public to keep a look out for a grey Land Rover Discovery, partial registration number H10, that was acting suspiciously in the Kilmacrennan area Wednesday evening, the 22nd of September, at around 5pm.
"Any information should be forwarded to Milford Gardaí on 074-9153060."
And in a further update officers said that the vehicle had also been seen in the Sockar area of Trentagh at around 6.30pm.
They are also asking anyone who was in the area with dashcam footage, and may have captured the vehicle on film, to come forward to gardai.
A spokesman added: "We are appealing to anybody who travelled on the Kilmacrennan to Letterkenny Road on Wednesday Sept 22nd between 4.15pm and 5pm and who had a dash cam to check their footage to ascertain if they captured the vehicle in question on it (grey Land Rover Discovery, partial registration number H10).
"Alternatively, if you could make the footage available to Gardaí in Milford, we would be happy to check it.
"It is believed that the above named vehicle that is sought by Gardaí may have been within the Sockar area of Trentagh this evening at approx. 6.30pm.
"We would ask anybody who may have observed the vehicle in the area or who may have captured it on their dash cam to contact Gardaí in Milford. We appreciate all/any assistance given in this matter."
