Gardai investigating 'number of shots' fired in Artane, Co Dublin

A garda investigation is underway after shots were fired in Dublin last night.

The shooting incident happened shortly before 9pm on the Kilmore Road, Artane.

No injuries have been reported but gardai say the investigation is ongoing.

A garda spokeswoman told Dublin Live: "Gardaí are investigating reports of an alleged shooting incident on the Kilmore Rd, Artane D5.

"The incident occurred on the 5 June 2019 at approximately 8.50pm. No injuries were reported and investigations are ongoing."
