Gardaí are investigating "all the circumstances" surrounding the discovery of the body of a woman in a private residence in Kilglass, Roscommon.
The woman, aged in her 30s, was discovered unresponsive this morning, Saturday, May 27 shortly before 9am.
The body of the woman was subsequently removed from the scene to University Hospital Galway.

A post-mortem examination will be conducted by the Office of the State Pathologist, tomorrow Sunday, May 28, the results of which will determine the course of the investigation.
The scene at Kilglass, Roscommon is currently preserved for a technical examination.
Gardaí in Castlerea are appealing to any person who may have information in relation to this incident, adding in a statement, that anyone with information contact them at Castlerea Garda Station on 094 962 1630, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
Gardaí have said there are no further details are available at this time.
