Gardai are investigating "all circumstances" surrounding the discovery of a man's body in Dublin this afternoon.
The tragic find was made at a house in Newhall Court, Tallaght, shortly after 4pm on Monday.
The deceased is understood to be in his 40s and is originally from Lithuania.
Emergency Services and gardaí attended the scene and the man was pronounced dead a short time later.

His body remains at the scene which is currently preserved pending a forensic and technical examination.
The Office of the State Pathologist and Garda Technical Bureau have been notified.
A garda spokesman said: "The course of investigation will be determined by the outcome of a post-mortem examination.
"Enquiries are ongoing and further updates will follow."
