An investigation is underway after a woman was found dead at a home in Co Carlow.
It's understood the body of the woman, in her 40s, was discovered at the home on Barrett Street in Bagenalstown on Sunday morning.
Her body has been removed to Waterford University Hospital where a post-mortem is due to take place.
Gardai investigating the discovery say her death is not suspicious.
A garda spokeswoman told the Irish Mirror: "Gardaí attended an incident of sudden death on Sunday 19 of May at approximately 12:15 at Barrett St, Bagnelstown, Co Carlow.

"A woman was found unresponsive and pronounced dead at scene. The body was taken to University Hospital Waterford for post mortem. Not deemed suspicious at this time."
