Gardai are investigating after a number of shots were fired at a house in south Dublin in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The shocking attack took place at around 4:20am in the suburb of Ballybrack.
According to Dublin Live, several shots were allegedly fired at a house in the Coolevin area.
A garda spokeswoman told the Irish Mirror that no one was injured in the incident.
She said: "Gardaí are investigating reports of shots fired in Coolevin area of Ballybrack , Sunday 11 August 2019 at approximately 4.20am.
"Shots were allegedly fired at the front of a house. The scene is preserved for a technical examination.
"No injuries were reported and investigations are ongoing."
