Gardai investigating after pedestrian injured in Ringsend collision

Emergency services rushed to the scene after a man was hit by a car in the south inner city.

Garfdai are investigating after the man was hit on Ringsend Road at around 7.30pm on Thursday evening.

The man, 20s, suffered minor injuries.

A garda spokesperson told Dublin Live the investigation is ongoing.

He said: "Gardaí are investigating a collision between a car and a pedestrian, a man aged in his 20s, that occurred on the Ringsend Road, Dublin 4, on 31/10/19 at approximately 7:30pm.

"The pedestrian sustained minor injuries. Investigations are continuing."
