Gardai have launched a manhunt to find the creep who allegedly "pinned a young woman against a fence" and "touched her privates" in a sickening attack.
The young Dubliner was jogging late at night on Wednesday near the Stardust Memorial Park in Coolock when she was targeted by the predator.
The frightened youngster claims the creep was "moaning" in her ear as he "tried to force himself on me".
Worryingly, this man is still at large as Gardai probe the frightening assault that took place just after 11pm.
Speaking out about the life-changing incident, the woman said she was "sick to her stomach".

She said: "It's bad when you can’t even be safe walking around your own area these days but hopefully this saves someone else from going through what happened to me.
"I was out jogging around the outside of the Stardust Memorial Park in Coolock when I saw a man dressed in full black and felt he was watching me from a distance.
"I took a shortcut through the park but by the time I came out the other side of the park, which is two minutes away from my house, I was pinned against the fence suddenly."
She continued: "He was touching my privates and moaning in my ear during it.
"He tried to force himself on me and I screamed repeatedly, my headphones fell off and he ran away."
The victim believes that if she hadn't started screaming "god knows what would have happened" adding that the attacker "wasn't much taller" than her and reeked of alcohol.
She warned: "He was wearing all black clothes with his hood up. I didn’t catch what he looked like. Please do not walk that park or go out anywhere alone."
A Garda spokesman told Dublin Live: "We are investigating an alleged assault that took place on Wednesday 3 February at approximately 11.10pm at a park near the Adare Road in Coolock."
He added: "No arrests have been made and investigations ongoing."
