Gardai are on the hunt for a gunman after shots were allegedly fired at a house in South Dublin overnight.
The incident happened in Cushlawn Park in Tallaght with the scene now closed off as gardai investigate.
Locals have reported a huge garda presence in the area while a spokesperson said the investigation is ongoing.

They said: "Gardaí attended an incident at Cushlawn Park Tallaght D24 on the 25th April 2019 at approximately 2am. Shots were allegedly fired at the front of a house.
"No injuries were reported. The scene is preserved and investigations are ongoing."
