Gardai confirm that body found in Celbridge is missing woman Margaret Dorrian

Gardai have confirmed that the body of a woman found in Celbridge on Wednesday is that of missing local woman Margaret Dorrian.

The 53-year-old mother of three hadn't been seen since she left her home to walk to her local Tesco to do some shopping on Tuesday, March 12.

Tragic Margaret, who was originally from East Wall, will be laid to rest tomorrow after 11am funeral mass in St Patrick's Church, Celbridge.

The grandmother of four's funeral details, which have been published on RIP.ie, are as follows:

Margaret Dorrian, nee McGuinness, Temple Grove, Celbridge, and late of East Wall, Dublin.

Reposing at Oliver Reilly Funeral Home, Leinster Street, Maynooth on Friday between 6pm and 8 o'clock.

Funeral Mass in St. Patrick's Church, Celbridge on Saturday at 11am.

Gardai appeal for help tracing woman, 53, missing from Celbridge home  

Cremation thereafter in Newlands Cross Crematorium.

Family flowers only, please.
