Gardai have arrested one man following the burglary of a restaurant in north Dublin.
A weapon-armed thief threatened staff before stealing a sum of cash during the frightening Swords incident on Sunday.
Officers carried out extensive searches after midday following the burglary in the Applewood area.
A young man in his 20s was arrested at a premises nearby and taken to Swords Garda Station.
The sum of stolen cash was recovered and returned to the restaurant.

A Garda spokesman told Dublin Live that a file will be prepared for the DPP also.
He said: "Gardaí have arrested a man in relation to an aggravated burglary which occurred in Swords on the 30th May.
"At approximately 12 noon yesterday, Gardaí received report of a burglary at a restaurant in the Applewood area of Swords.
"A male had entered the premises and threatened staff members with a weapon before fleeing the scene with a sum of cash.
"Gardaí from Swords Garda Station attended the scene and conducted searches of the area.
"One male in his 20s was located at a nearby premises and arrested.
"He was taken to Swords Garda Station and detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984."
