Two people were arrested for urinating in public while others were detained for being intoxicated over the festive period in Kildare.
Gardai were forced to arrest four people for breaches of the Public Order Act in the days leading up to Christmas day.
One man was arrested after he was found urinating and in an intoxicated condition at South Main Street in the early hours of December 22.
Another man was also detained for the exact same offence just minutes beforehand.
In the hours before that on December 21, a third man was arrested on Basin Street with Gardai saying he was also intoxicated.
As well as this, a fourth man was detained for his own safety after Gardai found him in an intoxicated condition at South Main Street shortly before midnight on December 22.
Gardai had no further information on the individual incidents.
