Gardai appeal for help to find toddler Jasmine Arshad missing from Roscommon

Gardai are appealing for help to locate a little girl who is missing from home.

Jasmine Arshad, who is almost two years old is believed to be with her father Arshad Shiraz, aged 38.

Both were last seen at the family home in Ballaghaderreen, Co Roscommon on Friday, July 3.

Jasmine was reported missing at 5.30pm that day.

A garda spokesperson said: "Gardai are satisfied that Jasmine and Arshad travelled from Ballaghadereen to Dublin via public transport at approximately 1.35pm on Friday, June 3 and disembarked in the city centre at approximately 4.30pm.

"An Garda Siochana are not aware of Jasmine's whereabouts at this time."

Anyone with information is asked to contact Castlerea Garda Station on 094 962 1630, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.

Gardai are also urgently appealing to Jasmine's father to make contact with them.
