14-year-old Hazel Walsh went missing yesterday and was last seen in the Liffey Valley area.

She is described as being 4'11", with long brown hair, of slim build with green eyes.

Hazel was last seen wearing a red jacket, a black tracksuit and white Nike runners.

Gardai are concerned for the young girl's whereabouts.

They added: "Anyone with any information on her whereabouts are asked to contact Blanchardstown Garda Station on 01 666 7000, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station."
