Gardai have issued a warning over groups of 80 to 100 teens spotted roaming "without social distancing" across Co Kildare.
Officers have asked parents to do what they can to encourage their children to "do the right thing".
Current Government coronavirus guidelines state that no groups of more than 4 people from different households should gather together.
The gatherings of young people are said to be most severe around natural beauty spots including canals, rivers and parks, particularly with the recent good weather.

Garda Ronan Mannion told Kildare's Kfm radio station: "There are large problems around the county at a number of locations, a lot of canals, rivers, areas of water, parks, over the past week.
"I know a lot of the teenagers are off school, and we would ask them, and the parents of these teenagers, to be aware of where your children are.
"Who they're with, how many they're with, there's groups going around of 80 to 100 teenagers. No social distancing, no social responsibility being shown.
"If one of these kids happened to be positive, the damage that could be caused.
"It's really up to these parents, especially now that schools are finished and their home-schooling is done.
"Be aware of where your teenagers are, be aware of where your kids are, and try and get them to do the right thing."
