Gardai in Clondalkin are investigating an incident where shots were fired near a nightclub in west Dublin in the early hours of Sunday morning, April 28.
They said that shots from a firearm were discharged close to the entrance of a nightclub at the Red Cow complex in Clondalkin.
They are "anxious" to speak to anyone who was in the vicinity of the Red Cow between midnight and 3:30am on that night.
They added: "Gardaí also wish to speak to any taxi drivers or other motorists who passed through that complex during that period who may have dash cam footage.
"And, to anyone who may have noticed a dark coloured Audi A3 hatchback car travelling by road in the general Clondalkin area between 2.30am and 3.30am."
