A garda manhunt is underway to track down a thug who attacked two girls in Dublin.
The horrific incident happened near the entrance of the Taylor Hill Estate on the Castlemills Link Road in Balbriggan, at around 12pm on Saturday.
The man is described as in his early 20s, roughly 5"8 in height, and was wearing a grey tracksuit top and bottoms.
Gardai are looking for pedestrians or drivers who may have seen the thug who fled the scene on foot.
In particular, they are looking to speak to drivers who own a Red Nissan Qashqai, a Silver Skoda Saloon type car or a White Renault Megane that were in the area at this time, asking them to come forward as they may have vital information.
A Garda spokeswoman told Dublin Live: "Gardaí are investigating an alleged assault which occurred in Castlemills Link Rd, Balbriggan on the 12 December at approximately 12pm.
"Anyone who observed this male on the Castlemill Link Road, Balbriggan, especially those with Dash Cam footage, please contact Balbriggan Garda Station on 01 666 4500 to give any information at all that they may have."
