Garda investigation launched after alleged assault during lunchtime at Co Kildare school

A garda investigation has been launched after an alleged assault which is reported to have taken place at a school in Leinster.

The apparent attack occurred at a school in the Castledermot Area of Co Kildare during lunchtime.

A spokeswoman for Gardai confirmed that they are investigating the alleged incident that took place on November 14 at 1.30pm.

Gardai were unable to provide any more information regarding the alleged assault at this time, Dublin Live reports.
