A garda hunt is underway after thieves armed with a knife ransacked a shop in South Dublin over the weekend.
Two men wearing balaclavas made off with a sum of cash from a store in Cabinteely at around 6:40pm on Saturday evening.
Thankfully nobody in the store was injured during the raid but the thieves are still on the loose and investigations are ongoing.
A garda spokesman told Dublin Live: "Gardaí are investigating a robbery that occurred at a retail premises in Cabinteely. This occurred on 19/10/19 at approximately 6:40pm."
He added: "Two men wearing balaclavas, one armed with a knife, stole an undisclosed sum of cash. No injuries were sustained. Investigations are ongoing."
