Gardai have issued a warning to a specific set of drivers after a busy Bank Holiday weekend which saw a number of vehicles seized.
Seven drivers were arrested for the same offences in Dublin on Sunday, but a number of other units around the country were kept on their toes by motorists.
Gardaí covering the Waterford, Kilkenny and Carlow region were thankful to the majority of vehicle owners, but issued a stern warning to others who may not have followed the rules of the road.
A spokesperson for the C Unit in Kilkenny said: "As the sun rises, the lads from Unit C Kilkenny are off to bed after a busy few days. Loads of people out last night with the vast majority behaving themselves though several did have to avail of our custody suite.
"There were also the usual mix of other incidents including a disqualified driver, who's vehicle you see pictured on the truck as it was impounded. To everyone who simply went out, enjoyed themselves and acted responsibly, thank you."
Meanwhile, Monday morning saw units in Wexford pull over a quad bike, only to discover that it was breaking a number of laws.
As a result, officers seized the bike.
