Police are warning of burglaries reported in April in Northwest Side neighborhoods.
In each incident, someone found an unlocked garage or broke into a garage and stole bicycles, Chicago police said in a community alert.
The burglaries happened between noon and 2 p.m. April 23 in the 2000 block of West Evergreen Avenue, between 11 p.m. April 27 and 6 a.m. April 28 in the 2000 block of West McLean Avenue, and between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. April 29 in the 1800 block of West Cortland Street, police said.
