Police are warning Little Village residents of recent burglaries to garages in the Southwest Side neighborhood.
Over the past month, three residential garages have been broken into within a few blocks of each other of each other, Chicago police said.
The burglaries happened:
- about 11 p.m. Sept. 24 in the 2500 block of South Trumbull Avenue;
- overnight Sept. 24 in the 2400 block of South Ridgeway Avenue; and
- about 10 p.m. Oct. 12 in the 2600 block of South Avers Avenue.
Police did not offer a description of the suspect or suspects.
