Chicago police are warning residents of two burglaries reported in Hermosa in July.
In the first incident an unknown person entered an unlocked garage, took property and fled the scene, Chicago police said. In the second incident the person broke the door of a garage, took property then fled the scene.
Each incident happened July 29, in the 2000 block of North Tripp Avenue, police said. The first occurred about 6 p.m. and the second about 11 p.m.
